Kaye E. Gohlke
Certified Public Accountant

Kaye E. Gohlke, a Certified Public Accountant, is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Ms. Gohlke has over 25 years experience in various taxation and financial areas. The majority of Mrs. Gohlke’s practice has been devoted to keeping abreast of the changing tax laws and financial accounting principles, multi-company regulatory compliance, business startups, the purchase & sale of businesses, family limited partnerships, and IRS negotiations. Estate and trust taxation has also been one of her focuses, including business trusts, bankruptcy estates, and decedent’s estates. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas State Society of CPA’s, AICPA Tax Section, and National Society of Accountants.
Sheryl S. Kotzen
Certified Public Accountant

Sheryl Kotzen, a Certified Public Accountant, is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. She has over 20 year’s business experience. Mrs. Kotzen has served in various accounting positions. She is responsible for solving complicated accounting and taxation issues of all entity types. She is experienced in QuickBooks, and various other accounting systems. She ensures that all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Public Accountants.
Denise O'Farrell-Mast
Senior Staff Accountant

Denise O’Farrell-Mast, a senior staff accountant for Gohlke & Company, P.C. who has been with our firm for over ten years. Denise received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May of 1995 from University of Houston. The majority of Denise’s talents have been in regulatory compliance at both Federal and State levels, financial statement preparation, and complicated taxation issues of all entity types. Additionally, she is skilled in the performance of IRS audits. Denise strives to determine the proper structure/characterization of business transactions in order to obtain the best possible tax situation for her clientele.
Yasmin Alvarado

Yasmin Alvarado, graduated from the University of Houston Clear-Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance. She is currently pursing her Certified Public Account License. She has had over seven years of accounting and finance experience. She prepares tax returns for both businesses and individuals.
Lisa McMahan

Lisa McMahan, graduated from University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She has served as an accountant and financial analyst for over 8 years. She has experience in the preparation and analysis of various compliance issues for both publicly and privately held companies. She prepares tax returns for both businesses and individuals.
Lea N. Severn
Staff Accountant

Lea N. Severn has an Associates Degree in Computer Programming and is pursuing her Accounting Degree. She has extensive experience in individual taxation. She enjoys keeping current on all tax changes. Because she focuses on individual taxation; she is able to ensure complete utilization of the tax code in order reduce tax liability.
Cameila L. Howard
Full Charge Bookkeeper

Cameila Howard is our full charge bookkeeper. She is proficient in numerous general ledger software packages including QuickBooks, Peachtree, and SBT. She has over 25 years of experience in the bookkeeping field. Mrs. Howard is uplifting and congenial as well as being very detail oriented She works quickly and accurately, whether she performs the general ledger work at the client’s office or in-house. She will provide the level of work necessary to ensure our client’s general ledger is operating correctly and as effectively as possible. She is available for QuickBooks training to obtain our client’s complete understanding of their general ledger. Additionally she provides payroll services to clients.
Shelly M. Lewellyn
Office Administrator

Shelly Lewellyn is our office administrator. She has excellent customer service abilities and always maintains a refreshing attitude. She handles several facets of Administration. Her duties include client liaison, data entry, and project tracking. She processes all finished projects of both financial and tax matters. She maintains client billing and project files.
Diana Hernandez

Diana Hernandez is pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Houston – Clear Lake. She performs detailed accounting functions.
